About Tim


Tim Teasdale is a personal development author, executive coach, corporate trainer, and leadership evangelist. He is co-founder and CEO of Pro Líder Training, Transformación Paraguay and Pequeños Líderes; organizations dedicated to developing the leadership of some of today's most innovative and forward-thinking individuals and organizations. Tim has partnered with some of the world's leading authorities on coaching and leadership, including John Maxwell, Marshall Goldsmith, Daniel Goleman, Robin Sharma, and others.

He was raised in a missionary family, was born during the civil war in Zimbabwe, and lived for many years in apartheid South Africa, where his parents founded the first multiracial congregation in the city of Durban.

Tim studied business and communications at Lee University in Tennessee and has an International MBA from Bond University in Australia. He also holds certifications in strategic management, executive coaching, and leadership.

He currently lives in Paraguay with his wife and business partner Gabriela, also an author and executive coach. They have two children, Angelina and Isaiah. Their organizations partner with the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation, the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Center, the Paraguayan Government, and hundreds of private and public companies to work on projects aimed at creating positive transformation.
